Greater Ring of Blinking?

I saw a ring of blinking, greater somewhere last week or so but can't remember where I saw it. I googled with no "greater" results. Does anyone remember what book it's in?

The only mention I managed to find was this post (https://forums.giantitp.com/showsinglepost.php?p=6690451&postcount=1) from 2009, which appears to mention and price a "greater ring of blinking" as a custom command word item with a CL of 10 (1,800 x 5 x 10 = 90,000 gp).

There is a spell called Greater Blink in Complete Arcane and Spell Compendium. I don't know of a ring which grants it, but there's no reason you couldn't make one as a custom item if your DM agrees.

The comic Goblins has that as a custom ring in one of the arcs, gives the user the normal blink ability and a short range Dimension Door.
