Drow LA buy off

I was wondering if anybody has/ found the LA +1 drow. not the savage progression, i alrdy found that. but theres something else at wizards and i cant find it.

Try the Lesser Drow (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20040215a&page=2), it's LA +0.

In all honesty, if you want Drow to be LA 0 you should just use the basic elf stats.
