I have an Aegis with the Initiator's Soul customization, and I have chosen Elemental Flux as one of my Martial Disciplines.

My question is: "Is there any way possible to have multiple active elements at once? If so, how?"

Our DM has asked us to bring as much of a challenge to the table as possible, and so far we have been doing that, but I just wanna see what all I CAN do and what my character is capable of at maximum potential.

Only way I can recall offhand is from Arcforge Psibertech, the Versatile Energist's Drive implant can allow one to have more than one energy type active

I don't believe it's possible, because I recall looking last I made an E. Flux user and couldn't find anything. The closest I can think of is changing your active element as a Move instead of a Standard by taking Psionic Meditations (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/feats/psionic-meditation-psionic), since you can change your element any time you regain Psionic Focus. Or as a Free action via Elemental Flux style (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/path-of-war/feats/elemental-flux-style-combat-style/) which I had forgotten about.
