When does Divine Favor level up exactly?

Hiya, I'm just wondering if someone can help clarify this spell for me? I'm having some trouble wrapping my head around the wording for Divine Favor. It says it gives +1 to attack and damage every three levels (minimum +1, maximum +3) - so does it go to +2 at level 3, or at level 6? Or something else?

No, its +2 at 6 and +3 at 9. It is one of many spells that would do better with a "minimum +1" text.

It increases at 6 and 9. The minimum 1 floor is because as a 1st level spell you can get access to it before you would otherwise have the caster level of 3 that would otherwise provide the +1 bonus.
