Looking for weapon enhancements or qualities that heal damage or give hit points to the wielder.
Not looking for class features, looking for gear based options only.
Here's what I've found:
Axe of Ancestral Virtue (MIC p.46): a relic weapon, that can cast Cure Moderate Wounds on the wielder 3/day as a relic power.
Blackrazor (White Plume Mountain Revised p.30): legacy weapon; Soul Drinking - can activate a Death Knell effect as a swift action on a living target reduced to 0 or fewer hp; usable 1/day, 3/day or at will depending on level.
Bloodstone (MIC p.29): +1 equivalent; Spell Storing for Vampiric Touch (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/vampiricTouch.htm) only; empowers the spell.
Bodyfeeder (MIC p.30): +3 equivalent; on a crit, you get temp hp equal to half the damage.
Cudgel That Never Forgets (MIC p.49): a relic weapon, that can activate a Cure Moderate Wounds effect 3/day as a relic power.
Intelligent (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/intelligentItems.htm) magic weapons can have the ability to cast Cure Moderate Wounds on the wielder 3/day, or True Resurrection 1/month as a special purpose power.
Legacy item powers (WoL): Menu A - Cure Light Wounds 3/day, Cure Light Wounds self only as a swift action 1/day, False Life 1/day; Menu B - Cure Moderate Wounds 3/day, Cure Moderate Wounds self only as a swift action 1/day; Menu C - Cure Serious Wounds self only as a swift action 1/day; Menu D - Cure Serious Wounds 3/day; Menu E - Cure Critical Wounds self only as a swift action 1/day; Menu F - Cure Critical Wounds 3/day; Menu G - Heal self 1/day; Menu H - Heal self only as a swift action 1/day, Mass Cure Moderate Wounds 3/day; Menu I - Mass Heal 3/day, Regeneration (heal 1 hp/hour and regrow lost body parts).
Necrotic Focus (MIC p.39): +3 equivalent; channels ability drain or energy drain supernatural attacks - many creatures, especially undead, heal or gain temp hp when they inflict negative levels or ability drain.
Patient Lesson (Gh p.66): +1 merciful quarterstaff; Cure Light Wounds 1/day.
Souldrinking (MIC p.44): +1 equivalent (synergy for Enervating); on a crit, gives 5 temp hp.
Nychyaella’s Healing Spear (PGtF p.121): +2 spear; 3/day on a successful attack, heal hp equal to damage dealt.
Spell Storing (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#spellStoring): +1 equivalent; can be used to store spells such as Vampiric Touch (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/vampiricTouch.htm), Bestow Wound etc. etc.
Vampiric (MIC p.45): +2 equivalent; deals an extra 1d6 damage to living creatures, and you get this amount as healing.
Weapon Crystal of Life Drinking Least/Lesser/Greater (MIC p.64): heal 1/3/5 points of damage when you damage a living creature, up to daily limit of 10/30/50 hp per day.
Wrathful Healing (E&A p.20): +3 equivalent; wielder heals half damage dealt to an enemy.
Non-weapon Items
Devoted Spirit Amulet [variant Crown of White Ravens] (ToB p149): Can grant Devoted Spirit manoeuvres for which you qualify, including Crusader's Strike, Martial Spirit etc.
Inquisitor Bracers (MIC p.113): 3/day, deliver a Cure Moderate Wounds effect along with a melee attack.
Vampire Torc (MIC p.144): activated 2/day as a swift action, next successful melee attack you make on your turn heals you for half the damage inflicted.
Spell/Powers for Spell Storing, Wand Chambers etc.
Bestow Wound (HoH p.127)
Vampiric Blade (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/vampiricBlade.htm)

Very open to suggestions and looking for anything else along these lines.
No PF, but Dragon Mag etc. are OK. And again, just stressing - only looking for gear (weapon) based abilities, not feats, class abilities etc.
