If you wild shape into an animal form that normally has improved natural attack, and you do not, you would deal less damage than a standard creature correct?

Example:

I wild shape into a dire tiger, which as written in the monster manual has improved natural attack claw and bite. I do no have the improved natural attack claw or bite. My claws and bites do not deal 2d4 and 2d6 base damage, but instead deal ? for claws and 1d8 for bite (not sure what the un-improved version of 2d4 is, I guess 1d6)

You should do less, yeah. The dire tiger statline looks like a goof because there's no way to go to 2d4 on the INA chart.

Normal Tiger is the same size, has improved natural attack and does 1d8, guess they just wanted to upgrade the 1d8 slightly.

If the creature gets ina as a racial bonus Feat, I believe you should get it, but I could be wrong.
