First time modding anything in dnd, the stats are on the second page, looking to see if people agree with the CR rating?

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Aurelia fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Aurelia has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions
Multiattack Aurelia makes three longsword attacks and uses Leadership.
Dawnbringer Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 10) radiant damage, or (1d10 + 10) radiant damage when used with two hands, plus (6d8 + 8) radiant damage. When you hit an undead with it, that target takes an extra (1d8) radiant damage.
The sword's luminous blade emits bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. The light is sunlight. While the blade persists, you can use an action to expand or reduce its radius of bright and dim light by 5 feet each, to a maximum of 30 feet each or a minimum of 10 feet each.
While holding the weapon, you can use an action to touch a creature with the blade and cast Greater Restoration or Level 5 Cure Wounds on that creature. Once used, this ability can't be used again until the next dawn.

Leadership Aurelia utters a few inspiring words to one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. If the creature can hear her, it can add a d10 to one attack roll or saving throw it makes before the start of Aurelia's next turn.
Warleader's Helix (Recharge 5–6) Ranged Spell Attack: +18 to hit, range 60 ft., one creature. Hit: (13d8) radiant damage, and Aurelia can choose another creature she can see within 10 feet of the target. The second creature regains (6d8) hit points.

Reactions
Parry Aurelia adds 7 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, Aurelia must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Unyielding When Aurelia is subjected to an effect that would move her, knock her prone, or both, she can use her reaction to be neither moved nor knocked prone.

Legendary Actions
Aurelia can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Aurelia regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Command Allies Aurelia chooses up to three creatures she can see within 30 feet of her. If a chosen creature can see or hear Aurelia, it can immediately use its reaction to make one weapon attack, with advantage on the attack roll.
Longsword Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Aurelia makes one longsword attack.
Frighten Foes (Costs 3 Actions). Aurelia targets up to five creatures she can see within 30 feet of her. Each target must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of her until the end of her next turn. Any target within 5 feet of Aurelia has disadvantage on the saving throw.

Your input would be greatly appreciated!

How did you calculate the CR rating? Verifying is easier than repeating.

Your damage should remain 1d8+8 not 1d8+10; use strength/dex for attacks unless you have a good reason not to.

This means she should keep a +16 to hit (str + proficiency).

Uncertain where the +8 radiant damage comes from.

Parry should be 8 AC (proficiency mod).

Looking at the deltas, a bit small for a 3 CR bump. But that is just eyeballing it.

---

her resistances/immunities are mediocre for a CR 20+ creature.

It is about 45 HP per defensive CR and 18 DPR per offensive CR above CR 20 (and 2 AC/2 ATK).

If you fix the ATK as above, you added 1 ATK (from proficiency). and 2 con and 1 hd, which comes to 325-287 = 38 HP. That maybe is a defensive CR after those immunities/resistances. Or maybe a bit more, thanks to those 3 save proficiencies?

Offensively, you added +2 ATK +2 damage and +8 radiant (for no reason that I can tell). You get 3-4 longsword swings/round, so that is 30-40 damage, or 2ish CR, plus 1 for higher ATK (which I wouldn't have done), so 3 offensive CR.

The result isn't at best a CR 24 critter.

---

What I would do would be first work out how they justified CR 22 based on DMG tables. That'll get you any multipliers on HP you should be using.

Then use the same analysis on your new monster.

---

My suggested delta off the original CR 22 one to buff it to CR 25:

Hit Points: 345 (30d8+210)
Armor Class: 26 (natural armor, shield)
Proficiency Bonus: +8
Saving Throws: Dex +15, Con+15, Cha+18
Longsword (Dawnbringer): +16 to hit, one target. 1d8+8 damage, plus 9d8 (40) radiant damage. (include the rest of your text; it is all fluff anyhow)
Warleader's Helix: [...] Hit: 13d12 radiant damage, and [...] regains 6d12 hit points

Parry: [...] 8 to her AC [...]

+54 DPR (dawnbringer); helix was buffed, but remains a weaker move than the sword, so doesn't count.

That is 3 offensive CR.

4 AC (shield+2)
58

That is 3 defensive CR.

So I think the result is a CR 25 creature.

If I wanted to buff her a bit more, I might upgrade Parry to Angelic Riposte (+8 AC; if the attack misses, she can move up to twice her speed and make an attack on the original attacker. She gains a +8 bonus to AC against opportunity attacks during this movement).
