I知 planning to use a sorrow stitcher (https://aonprd.com/MonsterDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Sorrow%20Stitcher) for my next session, but I知 not sure how to handle the Hollow Heart curse.
If a character fails the Will save, how long does the curse last? Is it permanent until removed in some way, or does it dissipate after a certain amount of time? My guess is that it's permanent, but it would be good to know for certain.
