Hi there! I'm running a game where, if you want access to Sanctified spells, you need to take an oath somewhat like a Paladin's oath. IE, something that goes beyond just being Good, but that actually puts restrictions on your behavior that go beyond being good, and are specifically an inconvenience to you to show your dedication to the lifestyle. Stuff like the not knowingly associating with evil or not using poisons in the standard Paladin oath. Those things have nothing to do with being Good, and are more about reminding the Paladin of their devotions in their daily life, like many modern religions take with things like dietary and clothing restrictions.

Also, I plan on making Paladins a Prestige class, and making that prestige class awesome somehow (better than the existing prestige paladin). Anyway, what are some good, appropriately restricting/annoying religious oaths for a Bronze Dragon that might not be interacting with others all that often, so he has a reason to have access to Sanctified spells? These don't need to be any of the actual Exalted Feats, I was thinking of something customized to be more appropriate for a Dragon. Suggestions?

There are the obvious ones. Never lying. Being certain to stop to pray several times per day. Tithing, usually to a church but it has also been done for orphanages, libraries, and schools. Not eating certain foods. Some body deformity or just a certain style you must maintain in your hair or body. Not partaking in the joys of the flesh. Not owning land or amassing wealth more than is required to perform your duties. Some knightly orders had oaths such as always maintaining roads through personal coin and just clearing out bandits. Always defending widows and virgins in feats of arms and law. Always offering aid to those met on the road. Never speaking an insult and never allowing an insult to be spoken about you. Flagellation on committing a sin. Do not commit any violence on certain days. To stand for trial against unjust lords. To protect or find certain holy sites/objects/people. To only have two changes of clothes per year that must be of the orders colors. Or just to wear uncomfortable clothing. To speak the words of the religion wherever you go. There was one that made it part of the orders that every day except Christmas and Easter several hours in the day must be used to become more physically fit. Though that one could be argued whether that was a religious observance or a practical one. They were Crusaders in war.

None of those have any sort of 'dragon who is not actually part of a civilization' flavor.

They're just generic religious stuff.
