Disclaimer: I know custom item pricing is guidelines only etc.

How much would you estimate an item that could do the following (assume a slotted item, throat slot):

Continuous Endure Elements (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/endureElements.htm) effect
No need to eat or drink, and only require 2 hours sleep/day (as a Ring of Sustenance (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/rings.htm#sustenance))
No need for air (as per an Iridescent Spindle Ioun Stone (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#iounStones))

We'll start with the most expensive of those effects, the ioun stone at 18K. We will then, at a 50% upcharge, add the cost of the ring of sustenance (3.75K) and the cost of a constant Endure Elements (3K), for a total approximated value of 24.75K gp. I would personally round it up to a 25,000 gp item.

Not to nitpick, but if you want to follow the pricing guidelines, you should consider the fact that ioun stones have a x2 slotless modifier. At 9k, it's still the most expensive item. (If you don't buy that argument, consider that the necklace of adaptation has basically the same effect and is already a throat slot item for 9k.) 16k gp seems like a pretty reasonable figure for a "universal life support" item to me.

The ioun stone is slotless, the slotted version is the Necklace of adaptation for 9k gp, which in addition makes one immune to harmful vapors, cloudkill, and stinking cloud, nice!

That makes the cost:
9000 + 1.5*(3000 + 3750) = 19125, or more likely 20 K gp.

If i remember well dungeon master guide rules it would be Cost of the most expensive one+ cost of the other one *1,5 So it can be and idea to start with adjusting the prices of each item
Continuos endure element:Caster level *Spell level *2000 /2 (as it has a 24h duration) =1000

Ring of sustenance remains the same

For a slotless iridiscent spindle ioun stone with a slot we must divide for 2 the cost so 9000

So for the cost it would be
9000+2500*1,5+1000*1,5=14250 (i would do 15000)

Now i read these and sorry but the cost of a continuos endure elements isn't halved as the spell has a 24h duration?

A least armor crystal of adaptation (which grants endure elements) is 500 gp. Ring of sustenance 2,500 gp, necklace of adaptation 9,000 gp.

I think those prices are mostly reasonable, so 9000 + 2500(1.5) + 500(1.5) = 13,500 gp. Seems fine to me.

Alternatively, use a periapt of the sullen sea as the base instead of necklace of adaptation if you want a cheaper version. You won't get a constant effect, but you can hold your breath for 12 hours. If you happen to be a spellcaster, you can sacrifice a couple of slots for freedom of movement spontaneously, which is cool too.

That version would be 6000 + 2500(1.5) + 500(1.5) = 10,500 gp, which I think is still fairly reasonable considering you need to stay conscious to hold your breath, you can only hold your breath for 12 hours, and if you're caught off guard, you could theoretically still be affected by gases and whatnot (although you could likely hold your breath at the beginning of a dungeon and get into a safe space before that 12 hours is up most of the time).

I expect my answer will match that of others, but-

Endure Elements: as a 24 hour spell this is actually one of the strongest candidates for formula pricing, which puts it at 1,000gp. Various published versions range from 500 to 2,00gp, with possible additional effects. The Amulet of Warmth is pretty much exactly this.

Ring of Sustenance: changing the slot seems fine to me, as while reduced bodily function requirements isn't quite protection, it does seem like a natural extension of Endure Elements, which is protection, so 2,500gp.

Slotted Spindle: other Ioun Stones clearly use a precise x2 unslotted modifier, and cutting the price in half to 9,000 does not undercut other breathing items such as the DMG's Necklace of Adaptation, which as a price of 9,000 in 3.5.

So you've got 9,000 +2,500*1.5 + 1,000*1.5= 14,250gp
