So I'm working on a necromancer to use as a BBEG.. what I'm looking for is something I remember from somewhere some time ago. It was a feat or something that allowed you to reanimate defeated undead.

Closest I can think of is Fell Animate metamagic from Libris Mortis.

Enemies killed by a Fell Animate spell return as zombies provided certain conditions are met.

No he already has that.. maybe it was a class ability if some prestige class or something.. or a spell.. cause I've looked everywhere I can think of to no avail.

Found it, it's a spell in libris mortis called revive undead
