Hello!
I'm trying to understand how Talents work in the Spycraft 2.0 book by AEG. How are they applied? All at once, or in steps?
I ask this because, while the text seems to imply that the talent is applied all at once, some writing in another one of the spycraft books seems to imply that they are applied in steps, much like the talent trees in the original D20 Modern books.
Specifically, the Master Class "Ennobled Scion" in the Conspiracies manual says: "Merovingian Ability: At Level 3, you may choose an additional ability from your Merovingian Talent with the same restrictions."
