Ahoy,
So, let's say I have a level 5 alchemist artificer casting fire bolt using their alchemist tools. They then get +INT to damage because of Alchemical Savant (nothing controversial so far).
But let's say, in their other hand they are holding an implement infused with their "enhanced arcane focus" feature, which only specifies that you need to be holding it (not using it to cast) to get the benefits of the infused item. Two related questions:
1) would technically the artificer be able to benefit from both the +INT to damage and +1 to attack?
2) would you allow it in your games?
