Aptitude with palm throw 3.5

Can you enchant a greatsword with aptitude (tome of battle) and still use the master throwers palm throw? Or does it only work with feats?

By RAW, feats only. Not to mention that Palm Throw works with more than one type of weapon, so Aptitude won't apply to it even if it applied to class features.
