So, since we ended our latest campaign, I have decided to "retire" my character to the life that he likes most: creating magic items and tinkering with tech!
Basically I want to build Golarion's equivalent of Wheeler, Rawson, and Co. from the Read Dead series.
As such, I would like to ask of how to best optimize such a guild for crafting and enchanting both magic and mundane items. Assume that I have access to a variety of workers, with the most common being mid-level members of the Expert and Wizard classes (I also have access to a number of clerics of Brigh, about 5, each of level 6)
My character, personally, is an 5th-level cleric of Brigh/11th-level wizard, with many crafting feats (including Cooperative Crafting), if that info is needed. My friend's character, a 16th level Rogue, also has a 11th-level Alchemist cohort, built with crafting in mind as well.
What workers (give character builds please) should I employ? What feats should the guildmembers have? What spells should we use? What labor-saving devices should we build?
