Ignoring elves, if you have a way to remove fatigue condition, can you rest for spells without sleeping?

It looks like there are a number of other races that don't need to sleep, like warforged and elan.

Characters can stay awake for their constitution mod days before becoming fatigued, so they don't need to sleep until then.

Ray of Resurgence is a low level spell that negates 'fatigued'.

Also, divine casters don't need to sleep or rest to regain their spells.

OK. Divine casters don't need actual rest, just the hour of prayer, regardless.
