Help! Can't find the class!

I distinctly remember an obscure class that I now cannot find.

It had very low entry requirements and it was about character sort of melding with a devil/demob, like a succubus or hamatula, gaining minor bonii to Intimidate and some of the demons abilities as Su or Sp abilities usable limited times per day.

Can anyone help me find it again?

Without checking, that sounds like Acolyte Of The Skin, from...one of the complete books. Complete Arcane, I think?
