My Weight Loss Update

Hey everybody a few minutes ago the nurse check my vital signs and weight. I weight 189 lbs. Which I used to be 204 lbs. So I lost 15 lbs. I'm so happy I lost weight. :biggrin:

Good for you. I currently go the other way with my corona kilos. They will have to go and each of them can take a friend with them when they do. :smalltongue:
