Welcome to week 6 of us finding out popularity on monsters by direct vote!

You may vote freely for any number of monsters of the selected theme, and at the end of each day for a whole week, we'll see which one was the favoirte 7 days later.
This isn't a competition, just a game, and as a game, everyone is entitled to their opinion of which monster is the best for them, so no arguments please, be good bois. Feel free to say why you love your picks, to help us expand on our viewpoint of that particular creature.
Any vote cast as a reply will be added or counted, so if your monster isn't named yet, vote for it and it will appear and compete~!

Any source in 5e is fine, as there isn't that much to pick from (yet), and for those obscure 3rd parties, just point out where are they located for the sake of reference~

My vote: This time I'm going to throw a vote for the Erinyes and the Imp. Both are iconic devils and they are very versatile to use when there's presence from Baator. Although probably this week may be limited in terms of selection, I still think devils are a fun part of D&D~

I completely agree with your choices, and will add two more:

lemure, the tormented.
kyton, the tormentor.
imp, the shoulder devil.
erinyes, the dark angel.

All solid archetypes of the infernal hierarchy.

Edit: Ah, yes, I should also vote for my favourite archdevil. And like other posters below, I say Zariel. I really like the concept of the Blood War, and she is on the main front of it.

I'm gonna have to put bone devil with a close second of Ice devil.
Bone devils just look... so... cool..

I have to vote for the sword-swinging fire-flinging javelin-slinging enemy-pinging Zariel just for the sheer atmosphere of it, and also because of the fact that they're a LE devil Solar with way more features, and I like Solars too.

Chain Devil They are the only one I don't feel like I have to buff to do what they are supposed to do for their CR. The 4 chains as well as the reaction are thematically and mechanically good. And let's face it, chaining folks up for PG to Mature games opens up a world of possibilities.

I’m going to second ForeverFlame and cast my vote for Zariel (Found in both MToF and BG:DiA). I didn’t really find most of the devils in the Monster Manual interesting, and while Mordenkainen’s introduced some interesting ones, the story behind her and the possibility of other redeeming or killing her in DiA tickles my fancy.

Erinyes. Might because I almost killed my party with one, after an intrigue “who’s gonna summon if” adventure. They escaped through some very clever hijinks
