Things I like:

Strike maneuvers
Out of combat utility

Things I don't like:

Most 7th+ level psionic powers or spells
Ultra high damage counts
Combat reflex builds

Here's my attempt to work with those constraints. The power list is purposely heavily tilted towards non-combat utility and away from combat powers with a few exceptions, because the maneuvers should be doing most of the work. Out of caution, it is currently limited to a 6th-level initiator progression like the martial archetypes, in part to make it less attractive to dip, in part to encourage Advanced Study feat usage.

I had about six other mystic arts worked out but I want to hammer this one down for balance rather than having people get distracted.

My present concerns:

Power Points: I tried to strike a balance on out of combat longevity but also having legitimate constraints on in-combat abilities.
Double 6th-level progression: thoughts?
Does it seem cool?

Okay, well. I completed first draft on a second mystic art. Please evaluate Diamond Soul first, if you're just looking at this and uncertain which you prefer.
