Star Trek / Supergirl
Hello everyone, I thought I'd make this idea it's own seperate thread.
Maybe they could do a crossover movie, kind of in the same vein as Alien v Predator, except we'll involve the crew of the Starship Enterprise from the Abramsverse, and we'll have a Justice League movie from that alternate Universe from which Batman received his vision from the future in Batman v Superman.

In that vision Darkseid took over the Earth, and a Superman turned evil or under the influence of Darkseid kills Batman at which point Batman wakes up from his nightmare and receives a message from Flash from the future about Lois being the key.

So what series of events produced that grim future, and perhaps part of those events involved bringing Kara Zor El back from the past.

(Her spaceship was the one the US government found buried under the ice on Ellsmere Island and which Superman stole, it resides in Metropolis Century Park, which is the one that Supergirl commandeered to seek help in another Universe.)

A derelict alien Starship is discovered by the crew of the Enterprise, there is one lifeform onboard, some of the equipment onboard seems to be from Earth dating to the early 21st century, unknown corporate logos are found on the various items including LexCorp and Wayne Enterprises. Various quantum signature indicate that the ship comes from a parallel universe, a blond-haired young adult is in one of the suspended animation chambers, although she looks human various readings indicate she is not.

Supergirl recounts here story to the Enterprise crew.

I'm thinking in this situation Supergirl went for some help, a situation like the future scene from Batman v Superman developed, Darkseid took over the Earth and control Superman, Batman has just been killed by Superman, and Supergirl showed up late to the scene and took off in her spaceship using the newly installed Phantom Drive to seek help from other Universes, and ended up in the Star Trek Universe, specifically the Abramsverse. So the Enterprise with Captain Kirk, Spock, and crew pick up this distress signal which leads them to Kara's ship. The phantom drive robs Kara of her superpowers so she needs to be in suspended animation to survive her trip through the Phantom Zone. When the crew first revives her, she is without powers and spends some time in the sickbay recovering. Scotty is examining the phantom drive and is working on modifying the Enterprise's warp nacelles so as to allow the Enterprise to travel across the Phantom Zone and travel into Kara's Universe, and then the ship and crew with Kara have to confront Darkseid, and the evil Superman.

What do you think, could this be a good movie? Basically the Enterprise fulfills the role of Batman, who had just been killed in this scenario, the plot gets resolved by sending a message back in time to Bruce Wayne perhaps with the help of a mind meld with Spock. How does this sound?

Like the TOS situation with Khan you could have a Federation star ship come across her escape pod and revive her learning she was aboard one of two such pods sent to an inhabitable world to escape their own warring home world.

She relates her story which runs along the same as the Superman and Super Girl mythos then eventually discover the world the other pod landed on has been located and its either an agrarian society founded after a bitter war almost devastated it or a popular dicatorship under the rule of a technocracy.

The first reveal her younger cousin helped rebuild the society to its current state and initially intent on assuming control learning how her younger cousin lived and died helping to rebuild this world she elects to stay to honour his memory OR learn he was eventually killed by the leader of the Technocrats after he helped seize power and establish a popular regime.

She elects to join Starfleet Academy until one day she has enough having mustered out and returns there and leads a revolt to topple her cousin's killers regime and helps them rebuild so they can ask for membership having learned from the mistakes of her own past and the Star Fleet personnel who helped her rise above her origins...

Either might do too good luck with yours.

Interesting you mention Khan, that was the second movie in the Abramsverse trilogy, this would be the fourth. Supergirl will initially be empowered, but will be rapidly gaining strength as she recovers in the sickbay, the crew might be a little concerned about that. The first thing they might do is take her back to their Earth, the headquarters of the Federation. The Enterprise would be refitted with a phantom drive in order to travel to the parallel universe, and then they would crossover. I'm not sure what kind of ships Darkseid would have.
