As Fireball, but you may select one location within the range, and the bead flys unerringly to that location, swerving around objects or beings. It flies with perfect accuracy and as long as the target is within range does not run out of movement. It takes the most direct route possible. You do not need line of sight, but if you attempt to send it to a location that is filled in or that is sealed off, it will get as close as possible and explode.
Material Component: a pouch of powdered brimstone.

I would increase the Spell level. Fireball is level 4 and this is more powerfull in the sense you don't need line of sight. Level 5 should work

I think it's good, but you'll have to demarcate how it manages to home in on targets that move before it gets there.

Intellegence and sensory capabilities need to be delineated... probably a speed too (even if it IS base speed fly 500 (Perfect) or such it still might run out of movement before it could make it to the destination the first round if it has to thread a maze (complete with SOLVING it)...)

Anyway, i would change level to 5. its jest a strong variation, you took away the only weakness in the fireball spell.
