I'll start with this one; this might already have a published equivalent, but I'm just doing it as if there hadn't been one (tried to make it SRD-compliant).
Benefit: You cast conjuration (creation) spells at +1 caster level. Add Knowledge (nature) to your class skill list.
Spell List:
1st - obscuring mist
2nd - fog cloud
3rd - stinking cloud
4th - solid fog
5th - cloudkill
6th - acid fog
7th - control weather
8th - incendiary cloud
9th - storm of vengeance
