Battle standards

my google-fu is failing me

Does anyone have a definitive list of magical battle standards, pendants, flags etc that can be attached to two handed weapons like spears and lances etc?

The only thing that leaps to my mind is the standards from Heroes of Battle.

PF has Knight's Pennon and Void Pennant, but they're both pretty underwhelming I'd say.

From MIC, there's the Standard of Valor (p.197), found in the Five Virtues magic item set. It can still function when affixed to a pole, spear of polearm.

There' also Banner of the Storm's eye (MIC p.151), but that works differently: you either wear it on your shoulders, or you can attach it to a specially made backpack frame to free up your shoulders slot.

Banner/Standard (AE&G p.21): non-magical gear that grants a +2 bonus to be spotted from a distance.

Banner of Valor (A&EG p.129): no rules listed for being attached to a pole.
