I am going to skip the long story of why. This is a new take on the race for goblin loving players. Playing in pathfinder
Gobhoblins are small sized, base speed 30,
+2 Dex, +2 con,-2 cra ,+4 stealth, + 2ride and Darkvision 60".
Counts as both a goblin and hobgoblin for feats, traits, and favored class bonuses.
The Gobhoblin was a Hobgoblin attempt to breed faster maturing troops, how well it worked is up to how you fluff it.
