Hey all does anyone know if there is a table/thread somewhere that gives suggestions for beyond 20?

Someone hombrewed content for post-20th-level/epic play on the homebrew forum here, if memory serves. Don't have a link, I'm afraid.

Officially? The DMG offers epic boons that may be awarded to PCs beyond level 20 (I believe it's every 300,000 XP or so).
Unofficially? There is an Epic Character Handbook on DMsGuild that is fairly popular.

Do you mean rules or campaigns? Adding more rules is going to unbalance the game quickly because 5E tries to run a tight ship. Instead you can just add more wealth and let them basically have every magic item under the sun.

As for campaigns, just visit the planes. All the book demons and devils and other planar stuff is mainly their power level when they are summoned. On their actual home worlds these things tend to be more threatening. Beyond level 20 there is very little that can threaten you in the material world, even the Tarrasque is on farm mode. So you have to go hang out with gods and immortals to play dimension politics with devils.

You can make balanced levels past 20. It'd be tough, but it's not inherently unbalanced.

Stat stacking is what's inherently unbalanced. It's what led 3E to become what it did. Higher levels is just more stats to stack, works only if you remove options.
