How would this work with 4 arms and multiweapon attack?

Strictly as written, it doesn't affect multiweapon fighting.

It would be reasonable to have it reduce multiweapon's penalty from -2/-2/-2/-2 (assuming light weapons in all off-hands) to -1/-1/-2/-2, or from -4/-4/-4/-4 (without light weapons) to -2/-2/-4/-4. But really, the main point of the feat is that it lets you act while paralyzed.
