Trample Melee Weapon Attack:
+8 to-hit, reach 0', one target. Hit: 4d10+4 piercing damage, and the Fog Crawler may attempt to grapple the target as a bonus action.

Freight Train Of Skittering Death
The Fog Crawler Dashes, and anyone whose space it moves through is subject to a Trample attempt. Only one target my be grappled as a bonus action, but it may be used on any target.

Bonus Actions
Life Drain
The Fog Crawler absorbs the life of one grappled target. They must make a DC 15 Constitution save, taking 2d10 necrotic damage on a failed save and half on a success. Regardless, the Fog Crawler regains HP equal to the damage dealt. If this would increase it above its maximum HP, it gains the remainder as THP that last one minute.

Curl
The Fog Crawler curls into a defensive form. While in this form, it cannot make any attacks, cannot Dash, and has its move speed reduced to 20', but gains +5 to AC against any attacks made against it. Neither of these restrictions apply to a grappled target (who is mushed within the Crawler's many legs). Additionally, a grappled target within the Crawler's curl is considered restrained.

Uncurling is an action.

The general format for armour class just mentions natural armour as "(natural)" rather than trying to specify what the natural armour is.

"Who's" means "who is" and you want to say "creature whose space it moves through". The notation is probably "The Fog Crawler dashes. This turn, it makes a trample attack against each creature whose space it moves through, although it can only grapple one of those creatures with its bonus action."

As written, there is no way for the Fog Crawler to uncurl. Assuming it's a bonus action, this leads to the nonsense of it curling at the end of all odd turns and uncurling at the start of all even turns, essentially giving it a +5 to AC half the time - unlikely to break anything, but probably not intended.

Ah. Grammar fixed, natural armor left unchanged (I like throwing a little flavor in there-sue me :P ), and uncurling specified to be an action.
