So for Reasons I need to make a stat block for Heironeous. Are there extant sheets for gods? If not, how can I make a suitably OP sheet?

Heironeous is statted out in the book Deities and Demigods; everything you need from statblock to portfolio is in there.

And if you need to update them to 3.5, there's a free online WOTC booklet for that. Using the SRD also provides most of the "modern, 3.5 rules" for how deities work in general.
