Lost My character last Mission and so I am need of a new one.

Planning on playing a Human and I really want to play aWarder More so a Dervish Defender cause I want to Dual Wield.

I have a Couple of Questions.

(1ST) I Know my main Focus Will be On the Thrashing Dragon Path. But I want to add in a Second Path but I am unsure of what one. I want one that Pairs well with Thrashing Dragon

(2nd) What would be a good pair of weapons. I Really kinda want to Dual Wield some Form of Axes. Cause I normally go for Swords and so I want to do something Different and I have an Image of some cool Dragon Theme Axes in my head. what Are the best Axes for me Dual Wield.

And lastly without heavy Min- Maxing how Should I Do a 20 point Buy Stat Array.

If by path you mean Discipline, Riven Hourglaass pairs well with every offensive discipline by virtue of having the best Counter Array of all Disciplines.

As for non minmaxed stat spread, I`d go for: Dex 16+2 racial, Str 14, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 12, Cha 10.

Dont know much about axes, but iirc Hand Axes count as light weapons, so they would be the only ones fitting a 2 Weapon Build without effort.

Might want to pick up the feat to add hand axes to the light blades group as opposed to the axe group so you can use your two weapon defense abilities.

I would considering getting at least a few veiled moon maneuvers so you can get veiled moon style, teleportation as part of movement is awesome, but you may not need it depending on the strikes you choose, many do not provoke at least in other disciplines I havent played with thrashing dragon much.

However since TD wants to get all up in someone's face it might still be worthwhile.

What are your favorite counters of RH?

The dwarven axe-gauntlet is both a close weapon and an axe, while the orc double axe and dwarven urgrosh are both double weapons and axes. Since you're automatically proficient in all double weapons, I'd say go with the orc double axe. Like Darth Maul, but axe. That or get the Versatile Design weapon mod to make some other kind of axe into a close weapon or something.

Honestly all of them, but especially Break the Hourglass, heart of the Time Lord (both for sheer power and utility) and Clockwatcher (for being more or less Surprise safe from level 1 onwards).

You should consider Piercing Thunder. All about polearms. As a 9th level guy, you would have access to several super fun options. Piercing Thunder Style means that People provoke when they ENTER a threatened square, not leave, almost as good as an extra 5' of reach. Then take Stance of the Thunderbrand...and actual extra 5' of reach, +4 dodge bonus, and almost anything provokes. No need to add in another discipline, though I like Vailed Moon and Riven Hourglass. As to stats, DEX and INT high, penalty to CHR. Depending on what weapon suits your taste, you can alter its weapon group to make it work.
