How to go through walls, at lowest level possible.

Obviously, one can take a barbarian and just bash your way through.

But what are the lowest levels one can access Burrow, Earth Glide, or Incorporeal?
Obviously, level 1 if using Spheres of Power, but let's assume baseline Pathfinder. Just in case.

I ask because it sounds like those sorts of abilities could be pretty useful in the upcoming criminal masterminds campaign I'm in.

If Magic of Incarnum is allowed, at Level 1 you can get the feat Shape Soulmeld, get the Blink Shirt, and be able to teleport 10' as a standard action. That should get you through most walls.

Mineral Warrior (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20031003e) is +1 LA and grants a burrow speed equal to half your highest speed.

My personal favorite low level one is: sculpt spell + peephole. as peephole is expressed in an area, you can change it via sculpt spell to make a 120 x 5 x 5 tunnel, or multiple other shapes, as a 2nd level spell.

If so, that's an Effect, not an Area. Which means you can't sculpt it.

Mountain Hammer is ECL 3 and allows you to cut through walls in any way you desire.

If custom items are on the table, and you're willing to be a cheese-weasel, get some shuriken with spell effects (continuous or command word) for super-cheap.
