Have a level 6 paladin to build and I want Him/Her to to be Spear and shield user who Uses maneuvers from the Iron Tortoise / Piercing Thunder and Silver crane Disciplines
Rules for races is it can not be a core Race and the the more Monsterous it is the more it ill fit the theme of the rp (though I am only allowed (15 RACE points) races with more points can be taken If I can knock off features to get them to 15 points

A really unique character. I am ok with no CHA bonus from race just not a penalty but would prefer a bonus
Traits can be taken from pazio or 3rd party
