Obviously they cant HAVE a mount so would the mount bonuses be given/added to the creature itself instead? Yes they would have to be LG in alignment and the normal scorpionfolk are not good. Just work with me here and say (s)he is LG anyway from a curse that changed his/her alignment.


Another question is the Int score. Would you use it or the one you roll up for the paladin class? Or maybe instead give a +1 to your Int score for each time the Int would normally go up for the steed?

I think there’s a cavalier variant in Pathfinder for centaurs. You could look at that for inspiration. They get higher damage and extra attacks. No int increase tho.

Technically by the rules, there's nothing saying they can't have a mount. It just needs to be one size category bigger than them.

So I'll have my centaur carried around by a storm giant, please.

When I checked this thread, I expected it would say about using "Centaur, Scorpionfolk or anything similar" as a paladin's mount...

You dont need a curse. Any sentient creature can make choices and thus become any alignment naturally, no curses or magic needed.
