Can anyone suggest one? I'm looking for something slightly femme, which I can wear over a casual dress or with jeans and a t-shirt.

Edit: More seriously, shorter jackets make your butt look bigger, longer jackets make your shoulders look wider. Depends on what you are trying to go for as a look.
