You add both right? First for it being a bugbear and then when you add the template?

If you start adding more than one template, be sure to note the order you add them in. For example, if you are humanoid, and you want to add a template that requires you to be humanoid, and a second template that changes your type to something other than humanoid, you can take both, but you need to add the one that requires you to be humanoid first.
