I'm thinking the closest thing without cheese/abuse would *maybe* a magic staff that casts spells that would work since you kinda use the staff to cast the spell? I'm thinking that may even be the most lenient reading of RAW since activating the staff is a standard action it probably shouldn't work.
This is just curiosity here since. I know I could make a custom magic item as DM specifically to accomplish it.
