I've been running Storm King's Thunder and the players have the Airship with the trapped elemental. How much gold do y'all estimate it would take to have a new, similar one constructed?

Depends if you're providing the airship's magic item formula or if it's the prospective builder who has it.

Also what stats are you using for the Airship, are you using the DMGs Airship or the EGW Skyship? because the skyship has its own price at 100,000

The one in the adventure module I mentioned. Storm King's Thunder. It's given to them for free. Idk what EGW is.

Thank you, I'll look it up. I haven't actually read my DMG since I purchased it when the game first released years ago. I just flip to the magic item chapter to dole out rewards.

Different qualities of airship.
The DMG's airship is usually depicted as a small/light boat suspended by a balloon, capable of 1 ton of cargo and a speed of ~8mph
Eberron airships (ERFtLW) I'm not sure are priced just glancing at the book, but require a specific dragonmark to be able to operate the elemental ring use to fly it. Can carry 30 tons of cargo at a speed of ~20mph
Wildemount skyships (EGW or EGtW) are suspended by a means of magical crystals, can handle 10 tons of cargo at ~10mph
