You don't do anything. The two options in playing this game are a) to watch as it levels up all by itself, or b) not to watch as it levels up all by itself.

Yes, it's a spoof. It's a pretty extensive sort of spoof, though - a lot of the new text that appears as you get higher in level is worth looking out for.
