I'm just messing around and found this pic on my computer and it got me wondering what this guy would look like as a PC.

There are third party classes based on symbiotes.

There's Little Red Goblin Games' Primal Host class, not really based on the Marvel's symbiotes per se though.

Samurai Sheepdog has a symbiant class and race in Book of Many Things volume 2, delightfully based on the Marvel comics symbiotes. :)

The Symbiotic Knight (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/symbiotic-knight) archetype for the Armorist could do a good job of acting like a marvel symbiote.

Wizard 2/Aegis 1/Metaforge 10

With Wizard 2 being the Psychic Mage archetype from Dreamscarred Press Ultimate Psionics (PF), Aegis being also PF, Metaforge being a variant Cerebremancer from Legendary Games Arcforged Technology Expanded (it adds to Dreamscarred PF Psionic Ruleset)

And using Improved Sigil Krau (3.5) to enter the prestige class with only 2 levels of Wizard. That said it is quite easy to do 3 levels of wizard instead.

Lastly Aegis is using the Aberrant Aegis archetype, for more tentacles and some other weird "alien" stuff, losing some of the flexible customizations a traditional aegis has in the process.

Wizard is there for raw power and potential, especially since psychic mage gives you even more flexibility treating pathfinder psionics as spells you can learn and cast.

-----

My point here besides just having a little fun is one needs to know what system you are playing in such as 3.5, 3.5 plus dragon, 3.5 plus 3rd party, pathfinder, pathfinder plus 3rd party like the delicious Dreamscarred Press, etc.

Yes but not everyone is allowed all content at their table. DM's often limit resources and editions, especially DragMag.

Is the synthesist archetype of the summoner from Pathfinder 1e allowed?

Pathfinder is fine but I only have the Advanced Race Guide and the Advanced Players Guide.

For the Venom symbiote, I'd probably peg that as an Intelligent Item: Psychoactive Skin of the Spider (possibly also an Item Familiar?). High Ego score, to model the "struggle of wills" it usually has.

If you can do Pathfinder SRD you can do the Summoner which is in Advanced Player's Guide. A 6 level spellcaster who can summon monsters.

As Particle Man mentioned there is the Synthesist Archetype in Ultimate Magic that modifies the Summoner and now you summon a suit onto your body giving you advanced capabilities.

It is located here.
https://www.aonprd.com/ArchetypeDisplay.aspx?FixedName=Summoner%20Synthes ist but also here

Just pointing this out for Particle Man, it is too many sources away from Eyebreaker / OP's books. But if you like the Synthesist the Aegis in Lost Spheres Publishing has the Ascendant Archetype.

This allows you to grab a couple Summoner Customizations to your Aegis. That said you are more or less limited to +5 or less since it is based around your Con modifer so 14+6 Item equals 20.

Yes they have. A basic internet search brought up many results of people posting their builds.

You might be able to use Weapons of Legacy rules to flesh it out: not that the Legacy system is all that great, but...
