Innate Spell

Choose any spell you can cast. You can now cast this spell at will as a spell-like ability once per round. One spell slot eight levels higher than the innate spell is permanently used to power it, and any XP cost for the innate spell is paid each time you use it.

If it was a power, it would have power points limited to the manifester level. But how many points is each spell level in this case? Is it 2 PP per spell level? In which case it would cost 16 PP above the cost of the power. Is this correct?

EDIT: Does this look right?

Innate Power [General]
You have mastered a psionic power so thoroughly that you can now use it as a psi-like ability.

Prerequisites:Quicken Power. Any two other metapsionic feats.

Benefit: Choose any power you can manifest. You can now cast this power at will as a psi-like ability once per round. You do not need to expend any power points to manifest this power, although a power that costs XP to manifest still retains the XP costs. When taking this feat, you may alter the innate power with the use of metapsionic feats. 16 power points plus than the cost to manifest the power is permanently lost to power this ability (the cost of the power + any metapsionic feats + 16 PP). You cannot spend more power points on an innate power than your manifester level.

Special: You can choose this feat more than once, selecting another power and paying power point cost as detailed above.
