Ok so basically, I wanted to do a PokeFusion for DnD because my friend was doing it. Essentially, I went with a fusion between Spritzee and a Succubus. I wanted to know what CR this creature would be exactly, and whether or not anything needed changing. Thanks a bunch in advance!

[LORE]

Creations of Graz'zt, Mistweavers are variants of succubi, born without wings but gifted in its penchant for the arcane. While succubi and incubi act as advisors and consorts for Graz'zt, Mistweavers make for excellent guards and infiltrators, able to dispatch multiple enemies at once with theor mesmerizing mists. Its not uncommon to see high ranking Mistweavers employ invisible stalkers conjured from their own vapors in order to track information Graz'zt deems useful, as well as elusive enemies who sequester themselves in numbers to mitigate risk of regular succubi. Mistweavers are fascinated by information and tragedy, tracking preys for days on end to get a better knowing of their lives to add fuel to the sanguine joy they take in their downfall.

[TRAITS]

Telepathic Bond: The Mistweaver ignores the range restriction on their telepathy when messaging a creature they've charmed. They dont even have to be on the same plane of existence

Eyes of Graz'zt: The Mistweaver automatically knows the location of all creatures caught in their spells area of effect

Shapechanger: The fiend can use its action to polymorph into a small or medium humanoid, or back into its true self. Other than its size and speed, their stats are the same in each form. Any equipment they carry isn't transformed. They revert into their true form when they die

Innate Spellcasting: The Mistweaver is a 7th level spellcaster (DC: 17) and knows the following spells:
At will: Misty Step
4/day: Fog Cloud, Bane
3/day: Blur, Mirror Image, Levitate
3/day: Gaseous Form (Self), Stinking Cloud
1/day: Dimension Door

[ACTIONS]

Caustic Claw (Fiend Form Only): Melee Weapon Attack. +5 to hit, reach 5 feet. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) slashing damage +7 (1d8+3) poison damage

Mesmerizing Mist: As an action, The Mistweaver can exert their will over those caught in their vapor. Targetting either one of their Fog Clouds or Stinking Clouds. Any creature who moves into the spells area of effect for the first time on their turn or starts their turn there must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for the spell's duration as the fog fills their lungs. While charmed in this way, the creature's speed is reduced to 0 feet and they're considered incapacitated. A creature can be snapped out of the charm if an uncharmed creature uses their action to shake them to their senses after the charmed creatures been removed from the spells area of effect

Draining Kiss: The fiend kisses a creature charmed by them, or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 17 Wisdom Saving Throw against this magic, taking 32 (5d10+5) Psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. The creatures hit point maximum is then reduced by an amount equal to the damage dealt. The reduction lasts until the creature takes a short rest. A creature dies if its hitpoint maximum is reduced in such a way

Etherealness: The fiend magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the material plane, or vice versa

First off, this (https://forums.giantitp.com/showsinglepost.php?p=23702757&postcount=18) may help.

Mesmerizing Mist is a really potent lockdown, especially since it's based on blocking LoS too. Most notably, even if you pass the save, you can still fail it again from the same spell. That, combined with it being DC 17, makes this a very glass cannon monster, given it has less than 100 HP and poor AC.
