(Ok, so I was invited to play a 3.5 game and this brought me back here to my old stopping ground, oh how I have missed you...)
Anyway, back to the case in point.
I built many a Sha'ir build in my past so I thought I'd look at that and noticed that the Sha'ir can enter the Hathran class at level 2
with a bit of the early entry standard tactics (unless they have changed)
So Human, Female from Rasheman, cha 11. plus 1 flaw.
take the feats Ethran, metamagic feat, Sanctum Spell
I know sanctum spell can be problematic, but you'll need the acorn of far travel to get this working, so I thought it useful.
With those feats you can now cast level 2 spells, both Arcane and Divine, thank you Sha'ir, the rest of the entry is easy.
At level 2 you get a cohort (pick some one with Ethran), and place magic (which you'll need acorn of far travel)
At level 5 you get circle magic (but need another Ethran, for the circle magic)
Have I missed anything, thoughts, improvements?
