we play 3.5. Is there a class or a prestige class that allow a player to change a part of his body into elements. By exemple, water, wood, metal, etc

Druids can change entirely into an Elemental of their choice at level 16 and onwards, and there are various spells that can turn your body into metal (Iron Body), stone (Stoneskin), or wood (Barkskin). Otherwise I don't think there's anything; and as far as I know, there would be no mechanical effect of turning just one part of your body into a particular element.
