Requirements
To qualify to become a ceaseless striker, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Base Attack Bonus: +5
Base Reflex Save: +5

Class Features
All of the following are features of the ceaseless striker prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Ceaseless strikers are proficient with all martial weapons. Ceaseless strikers gain no armor proficiency.

Striking Techniques (Ex): The ceaseless striker combines precise skill and power in order to better keep her opponent's under her control. At 1st level she gains a single striking technique from the list below, and then an additional two at each additional ceaseless striker level. The ceaseless striker can only have a single striking technique active at a time without dual techniques. Each striking technique stays active until changed or until the ceaseless striker becomes asleep, helpless, or unconscious. The active striking technique may be changed with a move action. Whenever the ceaseless striker successfully hits an opponent while she has an active striking technique, the effects of the striking technique automatically apply to the opponent and lasts for 1 round. The same striking technique can't affect a single target more than once each round, even if delivered by a different ceaseless striker.
The striking techniques:

Anchoring Strike: Opponents struck by an anchoring strike can't use any form of extradimensional movement, as the dimensional anchor spell. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Concussive Strike: Opponents struck by a concussive strike receive a -3 penalty to intelligence, charisma, and wisdom. This striking technique can't reduce any of these stats below 1. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Debilitating Strike: Opponents struck by a debilitating strike receive a -2 penalty to all their saves. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Distracting Strike: Opponents struck by a distracting strike receive a -4 penalty to all skill checks.

Freeing Strike: Opponents struck by a freeing strike receive a -12 penalty to grapple checks made to keep an opponent in a grapple.

Forceful Strike: Whenever you strike an opponent with a forceful strike, you may force the struck opponent to move 5 feet in a direction of your choice. This striking technique has no effect on creatures that are at least a size category larger than the ceaseless striker.

Halting Strike: Opponents struck by a halting strike has all forms of movement halved, rounded up.

Perilous Strike: Opponents struck by a perilous strike automatically fail stabilization rolls, and all forms of magical healing, fast healing, and regeneration are reduced by half, rounded up.

Piercing Strike: Attacks delivered by a piercing strike ignore all forms of extraordinary damage reduction. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Dual Techniques: A ceaseless striker of 5th level may have two striking techniques active at a time. Each striking technique requires a separate move action to be changed.

Just some minor stuff:

Anchoring Strike: Opponents struck by an anchoring strike can't use any form of temporal movement, as the dimensional anchor spell. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Dimensiona; Anchor stops extradimensonal (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/dimensionalAnchor.htm) movement, not temporal movement. Temporal movement would be time travel.

Concussive Strike: Opponents struck by a concussive strike receive a -3 penalty to intelligence, charisma, and wisdom. You must be a 3rd level or higher ceaseless striker to take this striking technique.

Is this a straight penalty, or just a penalty on checks and abilities based on those scores? Can this render an opponent helpless?

Yeah, put a "to a minimum of 1 point" clause in the Concussive strike thing otherwise it is too easy vs. animals etc.

I think I like this, technically it might fit under martial manuvers... but since I don't have that book, I am very glad to have this should I need the option... The piercing strike thing might be too powerful depending on EXACTLY what it gets through (although the only biggy that comes to mind and seems applicable is ##/Adamintine(sp) and Monks get the ability to by-pass that at some point (probably later than these guys do, but that seems fine).

Ahh, changed the temporal to extradimensional and put a minimum on the stat penalties. Thanks for the catches.

You can surpass DR with a warblade at 3rd level, IIRC (or 5th) - though it's limited by maneuver uses. I don't think 8th/9th level is too much of a stretch.
