Dominating Presence
Each creature of the dragon's choice within 30' must make a DC 19 Intelligence saving throw, or be charmed by the dragon for one minute. They may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns. While charmed in this way, they obey the dragon, though not to the point of death. Once a save is passed against this effect, a creature is immune to it until they complete a Long Rest.

Mind Blast Recharge 5-6
All creatures in a 50' cone must make a DC 19 Intelligence saving throw, taking 6d8+6 psychic damage on a failed save and becoming stunned for one minute. They may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns.

I can’t help but notice than none of these Brainstealer Dragons actually steal brains. Why leave Extract Brain out of these stat blocks?

I'm guessing Challenge 7 for the adult is a typo.

The adult should probably be immune to psychic damage.

Dominate Monster should probably be a recharge on the adult, but since it has a big field of domination its kind of academic.

Because I don't like the idea of doing that in combat. They're dangerous enough without it.
