Looking for a specific monster

I remember a monster somewhere that when it touched you, it could produce a perfect replica of the creature and pretty much build a clone army


There was some kind of random chart to show monsters it already had to spawn.


But I cant even remember the name of the damn thing

Can you remember any mechanical information about it? Creature type, source book? What did it look like?

It's from faerun but I'm not sure what book.


Kind of like a beholder? With like.... 3 big dragon heads and a bunch of tentacles with no eyes.
