im polymorphing into a symbiote to get personal range spells on other creatures, but symbiotes lack limbs for somatic and cant speak so cant do verbal components.

somatic is solved by casting girallons blessing beforehand.

is there a spell that lets you do verbal components? i hate silent spell. looking for an alternative.

your doing it the wrong way imho..^^

Don't poly into a symbiont. Just become one "as part of becoming a template".

The "Symbiotic" Template is the better solution.
Your poly into something 2 sizes smaller than your target host.
Than you enter as guest the body of the host.
The guest can now use buff spells on the "new creature" (which is the host with an +1 template from you as symbiont).
When you leave the buffs stay on the host.

edit: to clarify.. the symbiotic template works a bit different from symbiont creatures. The template is treated as a single character while the symbiont creatures aren't.

except that template has no mention of how to obtain.

It does only mention some RP fluff as requirement to obtain it. That is why it is so cheesy imho

If you fluff you character as "he really becomes attached to people/his friends" as literally as possible, nothing won't stop you even from switching between your teammates^^
