...probably, though you are arguably in “check with your DM, for an actual game” territory (cf. disagreements on threads like this one (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?528686-3-5-Does-teleportation-effects-count-as-movement) which tackle “does teleportation count as movement?” albeit for the Scout’s Skirmish ability)
