Im a cleric/paladin. i have goggles that allow see invisibility always. im looking for a spell that i can highlight an invisible enemy so the whole party can target.
any ideas?

Can you get a spell off the Druid list? Faerie Fire is that exactly.

invisibility purge neutralizes invisibility as well.

The three main options have already been mentioned:

Faerie Fire (Druid 1, Urban Druid 1, Fey 1, Moon 1) - you could pick it up via a domain. There's the Ring of Shooting stars in the DMG. From the MIC, there's the Revealing weapon quality, or the Stormfire Ring. Intelligent magic items can also cast Faerie Fire.
Glitterdust (Bard 2, Sorcerer 2, Wizard 2, Beguiler 2, Sha'ir 2, Jester 2, Savant 2)
Invisibility Purge (Cleric 3, Knight of the Chalice 3, Savant 3)
The Stormfire Ring is pretty good for 4,000gp: usable 5/day, and damages the target as well as the Faerie Fire effect.

Unless you find yourself facing invisible enemies a lot the most efficient option is probably Torchbug Paste (25gp/dose, CS). Buy a couple doses and chances are you'll be set for a while.
If you find yourself facing invisible enemies a lot i'd second the Stormfire Ring, it's very nice for its price.

Buy a Lantern of Revealing!
