Can you channel a martial Maneuver, such as Spark Strike from Elemental Flux, through a Conductive weapon?

Just figured I would ask since Elemental Flux does state that all of the Elemental Flux maneuvers are considered Supernatural Abilities unless stated otherwise in the maneuver.

No, because you need to expend two uses of the ability channeled by the conductive weapon. IIRC, there's no way to have more than one use of a certain maneuver available at any given moment. But if there was, this would be possible AFAICT.

Conductive also specifies touch attack, so the vast majority of maneuvers can't qualify anyway. No maneuver that augments an attack could be used in this way, because those are never touch attacks (even if they happen to resolve against touch AC).
